There is no need of struggling to do something, and end up injuring yourself. You can resume to the work or an activity after resting and feeling that you can perform the task. Always be in a position to feel and listen your body. Some time you may feel that your body is too heavy to perform a certain task. Instead of forcing the body, relax and let it rest.
